At The Fabric Lab, each order is carefully prepared specifically for you. Due to the nature and exclusivity of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchased fabrics or products, except in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TheFabricLab.ae@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
